Non-featured SNAGGED Pieces
There have been many Moon Daisy lovers that have SNAGGED
amazing vintage pieces that never had a chance to make it on the
site. Recently, this vintage houndstooth tie blouse got snagged
before I ever had a chance to shoot it on any of my MD
models. Hey... it happens. But wasn't it lovely?? Xoxo

Meet the Model
Maria Lord
I was beyond elated when Maria agreed to model for Moon Daisy's
online shop. I felt she had that bad ass girl power vibe I envision
the Moon Daisy gal to have. Her big hair was the best accessory
to the Moon Daisy garments! I loved working with her
and can't wait to shoot her again.
Get to know more about her!
Q: Introduce yourself to Moon Daisy lovers! What's your name, where are you from?
A: Hello! My name's Maria, I'm from Minneapolis.
Q: How long have you been modeling? What types of fashion related things have you been involved with/modeled for? (Shoots, shows, events, etc.)
A: Umm, I'm not really a model? Lol. I've done a few shoots here and there, but mostly for fun.
Q: What do you enjoy about modeling for Moon Daisy?
A: I really enjoy getting to try on all the different clothes! I was really excited to see so many quality vintage pieces for such affordable prices, I really feel good about supporting the brand.
Q: Moon Daisy currently specializes in offering gals great vintage finds, are you a vintage lover yourself? If so, what would you say has been your best vintage find?
A: I am definitely a vintage lover. I think my favorite finds have been my denim jacket, vest and my army jacket - I'm kind of obsessed with jackets.
Q: Who/What inspires your style the most? Do you have a fashion icon?
A: My personal style is a little bit "out there".. Kind of like a 2012 Spice Girl maybe? I can't really say that I have a specific icon, but to be honest, a lot of what Rihanna's been doing lately has been catching my eye.
Q: Name one thing in your closet you couldn't live without, and why?
A: My shoes. I am definitely a shoe whore.
Q: If you could steal one vintage from a Moon Daisy shoot what would it be, and why?
A: That V-neck bodysuit! (And I did.) - It's totally my style and I really don't think I could find it anywhere else.
Q: What's your style (fashion) goal for 2012?
A: More shoes!

Hey, that's me!
I love fast photo shoots, and since model Ronnie B wasn't
shy to the camera, and easy to work with, the shoot was a
breeze! I personally shoot all the photo shoots for
Moon Daisy (in case anyone was unaware) and
I love fun shoots. Good music to vibe to, and fun
people around to laugh with. This shoot was great with
all the amazing men's pieces. More to come!

I ♥ Vintage Coats!
These are random photos a girlfriend of mine took on her cell before
a ladies' night on the town. The weather got super warm in my city
all of a sudden and I wasn't quite ready to depart from wearing
my assortment of fun vintage coats -tear- this post is
in sweet memory of them. The coat photo'd is actually my fave. Its reversible
with big cropped bell sleeves.Every gal should have a great
vintage coat, it sets your look off, whatever it may be!
