Moon Daisy's new model came in a small package with

HUGE hair! Welcome the Eritrean beauty Wintana. Her petite frame 

could hardly fit many of our Moon Daisy vintage garments, but 

her look is to die for! And she posed like a natural born model.

Get to know more about her!

Q: Introduce yourself to Moon Daisy lovers! What's your name, where are you from?

A: Hi Moon Daisy-ers... wait idk if that sound right... well any way hellloooo : ) I'm Wintana, most call me Winta some call me WintaFresh. I'm from Eritrea ( north east africa ) and I live in stp minnesota.

Q: How long have you been modeling? What types of fashion related things have you been involved with/modeled for? (Shoots, shows, events, etc.)

A: Umm... well... this was my first official shoot! hope you all <3 it! I did! I have worked in a few fashion shows, but usually on the logistics aspect of things. 

Q: What do you enjoy about modeling for Moon Daisy?

A: Going through Ashley's closet! 

Q: Moon Daisy currently specializes in offering gals great vintage finds, are you a vintage lover yourself? If so, what would you say has been your best vintage find?

A: O-M-G my best vintage find is something I don't even own! It was a black, colorful vintage beaded dress that I saw on Moon Daisy that didn't fit me :( 

  

Q: Who/What inspires your style the most? Do you have a fashion icon?

A: Carrie Bradshaw... in my head I am the Eritrean Carrie Bradshaw. 

Q: Name one thing in your closet you couldn't live without, and why?

A: Fitted Tee's.. I love fitted tee's because you can dress them up, or keep it casual!

Q: If you could steal one vintage from a Moon Daisy shoot what would it be, and why?

A: The [vintage color block] blazer or I could fly to NYC and steal it from the girl who bought it. 

Q: What's your style (fashion) goal for 2012?

A: To start adding color! 95% of the time I wear little black dress out. It's time to mix it up!
