shop. Her fierce poses and unique personal style made her

the perfect chica to adorn those amazing vintage pieces.

Get to know more about her!

Q: Introduce yourself to Moon Daisy lovers! What's your name, where are you from?

A: Hey there ! :) My name Is Kayla Marie from  Minnesota !

Q: How long have you been modeling? And what types of fashion related things have you been involved with/modeled for? (Shoots, shows, events, etc)

A: I've been a freelance model for almost 2 years now. I've been in 10 fashions shows, 3 to 4 Fashion viewings and gotten the pleasure to Model some great pieces from Jeantrix, christopher straub (from season 6 of Project Runway) and many more.

Q: What do you enjoy about modeling for Moon Daisy?

A: Hmm I enjoy everything about it ha ha. I love getting the chance to try on all the awesome vintage pieces. Its like playing dress up hehe.

Q: Moon Daisy currently specializes in offering gals great vintage finds, are you a vintage lover yourself? If so, what would you say has been your best vintage find?

A: Yes ! I love vintage pieces. One day I came across this oversized red Ralph Lauren Blazer but I ended up not getting it... bummer I know.

Q: Who/What inspires your style the most? Do you have a fashion icon?

A: I would have to say that my mood somewhat inspires my style well somedays and most days whatever is haute, THATS what i need on my body . i dont really have a Fashion icon but i respect Kourtney Kardastions personal style! she works it always!

Q: Name one thing in your closet that you couldn't live without, and why?

A: Just one? Yikes! But the newest gift from my best friend. My Micheal Kors white silk blouse, hangs on me so nicely!

Q: If you could steal one vintage item from a Moon Daisy shoot which item would it be, and why?

A: I love the vintage oversized knit vest, goes with ANYTHING!

Q: What's your fashion goal for 2012?

A: I want to continue to tell a story through my personal style and keep my bright future brighter. i have huge dreams and they will come true with much drive , alot of hard work and PASSION. Last but not least,  just to inspire young women, that you dont have to show "too much" of your body to be beautiful, still keep it classy and fierce!
